Throughout my career, I've helped people hurt by big business.
I started practicing at a class-action boutique in Chicago, where I worked on cases against the world's leading tech companies, banks, and publishers. After that, I moved to a larger regional firm where I helped businesses recover money from dishonest vendors and competitors. Most recently, I worked at Keller Postman LLC, where I remain Senior Counsel, handling a variety of complex litigation matters, including representing the State of Texas in its lawsuit recovering $1.4 billion from Meta Platforms for its alleged violation of Texas’s biometric-privacy law.
My years of practice brought me to two conclusions. First, the deck is stacked against individuals and small businesses. Second, people don’t know how to fight back. Their congresspeople are bought and paid for, government agencies are gutted, and the companies they work for are the ones responsible for it all. Civil litigation is often the only way to make things right.
That's why I've started this firm. To help consumers fight back against the companies misleading, injuring, and commodifying them, and to help small business owners protect their livelihoods.
